Meet Sue


Growing up on a farm in the Okanagan I spent every waking hour outside, playing, exploring, and seeking out fun adventures. It was during those years I fell in love with physical fitness. I discovered the magic of combining exercise with play and the outdoors. I am most at home when I am outside, having an adventure.

Whether I’m hiking, boating, running, biking, paddling, or trying a new outdoor activity like mountain biking – I am happiest! As a mom and wife, I love sharing my love of the outdoors with my family – from camping, to hiking to boating – we have created some of our favorite memories in nature.

I truly believe my purpose is to inspire others to achieve their personal fitness and health goals while having fun and experiencing the healing benefits of nature. I launched Fit 4 All in 2018 with the vision to combine my years of experience in the fitness industry with my passion for helping people reach their health goals in an empowering environment.
